How do I delete an unused form?

Hi all

I created some forms in a new 5.7.2.1 site which I then deleted from the page - but they still exist on the "Form Results" page and there doesn't seem to be a way to delete them. (See screenshot attached)

Does anyone know how to delete unused forms now?

I just realised I left the forms in Editible Regions that I removed from the template.

So I just put the regions back in and deleted the forms from the page and that removed them out of the Form Results page.
