How do you publish a draft???

First roadblock I've encountered with testing out 5.7. Probably should be simple but - I can't figure it out. I have a draft sitting in the sidebar - can't publish it, can't drag and drop it where it needs to go, there is no "composer" option, can't give it a name (it is "untitled"). Someone help please??
I did manage to get the "composer" option to come up - but how do I select where to publish the page? When I click the publish button it tells me "You must choose a page to publish this page beneath."
Did you try 'Location' there on the left?

Click on the draft.
Click edit icon (on the left of screen)
In 'pop-out' side menu you will see location
