Image block: For some reason Design & Custom template only have Left and Right alignment

When you add an image block (maybe other types too) and then go to Design & Custom template option, then the first (Text) option - you only get Left and Right alignment!?
That doesn't make much sense because a) there's no center option, b) left is default anyway.
So my suggestion is to either include "center" as well or turn "left" into "center".
On the other hand, maybe I'm missing something here? How would you center an image without giving padding on the left?
