Individual Editor should be able to delete their saved drafts

Hi All ,
I am developing a website where i have many user groups such as Administrator's and Editor's.
Suppose a Editor XYZ creates a draft , is it possible that only Editor XYZ is allowed to delete the draft created by him . Any other Editor should not be allowed to delete it .
