Internationalization addon and backup db

Hi,

I would like to migrate to concrete5.7 . But I have two questions :

Is it included an Internationalization addon ?

When I do the backup of the database tells me " Not implemented" . When this features will be implemented ?

There are plans to integrate the internationalization add-on into the core, but afaik there's currently no way to get that functionality in 5.7
