Issues uploading to the File Manager

Hi
I am having problems with the file manager in 5.7. It doesn't matter whether I select a file or try to drag and drop, but either way files are not uploading. I have tried it on two separate installations, both are version 5.7.1, to no avail.
Overall I am loving 5.7 from a front-end-user perspective, but struggling from a developers point of view with numerous other issues.
Any help is gratefully received.

Hmm. We fixed a bug in 5.7.2 where uploading to a site wasn't working when the file was chosen by clicking on the Upload File link and selecting the file from your local machine. So you might try upgrading to 5.7.2. It is a little strange, in that this didn't prevent uploading that happened via drag and drop.
I can confirm that it is all ok in 5.7.2.
