istall failed with install a new clean 5.7.2.1

Hi. I installed a new clean concrete 5.7.2.1 on my server..after install i could go to my dashboard, and do edit the page. But. Today i should open the page again there comes a error message, and all my edit tools are away from the top page. here is the error message
