I am using the elemental theme - with no changes whatsoever to the CSS or PHP. When adding layout areas on my local server I encounter no problems at all but when i have uploaded the site I find that when adding layouts I can go through the process but instead of the layout being added - I just get one single blank row that I cannot remove. Any ideas? Ideally a solution that means at some point I can leave the site in the hands of the client knowing they will be able to add layouts where required without me needing to hand code everytime.
