Little issue with cache after updating from 5.7.5.1 to 5.7.5.3

After updating from 5.7.5.1 to 5.7.5.3, editing was no longer possible. Those green lines around the editable content had disappeared, and the editor in Composer was gone.
Cleaning up the cache from the Dashboard did not help. It seemed that not the whole cache had been cleared. The solution was to delete the cache files from within the folder /application/files/cache/ via an FTP client.
