making a contact form and email, how to change the mail?

Hi,
When you use the default form block to make a contact form, i have a mail, subject and comment field. the email field is allready used as a reply-to address so thats usefull, but the subject is not the subject of the email and the content of the mail includes texts about sended by concrete5 etc. is there a way to change those to a plain email with the name and address as sender, and the comment as the body of the mail without other useless texts so we can directly reply that mails to the customer without deleting texts first?
