Members page

I have been experimenting with advance permissions and member profiles etc with C5.7.5.2.
I turned on public profiles and expected to see a members page in my site map. The page is only visible in the site map if I select include system pages even though it is located beneath the home page. See attached images
Am I correct in assuming that this page should appear in the site map and in navigation when public profiles is enabled rather than only when system pages is selected?
A user list block would be on my wish list so that I could display members from selected groups on a page. I looked through the add ons and could not see one for C5.7 yet.
