More Sitemap UI weirdness in 5.7.2

Via working with the sitemap - the x button top-right is fairly random, and buttons aren't consistent - I've attached a few examples.

Safari is having more scrolling issues with larger dialog boxes (ie: Attributes) in that it doesn't want to play nice and stops scrolling fairly easily.

I would investigate a custom theme or add-on including a version of the jQuery UI css file that isn't part of the core. Or a custom bootstrap file or something. Something is clearly off and this isn't something that's part of the core.
