We have just started working in 5.7 but have used 5.6 and below with multilingual for like the last 4 years. We are having problems with multilingual in 5.7 though. We added a package to 5.7 we built using the t function on any hard-coded strings that are echoed to the screen. We also have some pages in some themes that have also been added with t functions in them. On top of that we updated some of the default themes pages with t functions. We ran multilingual but it has not picked up any of these strings to be translated.

Please help. I cannot figure out why it is not looking through these files and finding the t functions. Also does anyone know where in the code it finds the files to analyze or where it examines the files? I looks like 5.7 is no longer using the grep to find t functions.
