I don't know why this happens but if I add multiple Image Blocks and I set a Link to a Page or External Link, i can only do that one time, then I edit the next Image Block and I can not edit the Link. To make this possible, I need save the page, Edit again and change the next Block Image. It's strange because I checked that in 5.6 this process can be done very easily without constant saves and edits.

I got almost the same problem when I Apply a Custom Template to a Block, I'm unable to edit any other Block, always need save and get in Edit Mode again.
