multiple languages website

hi, i want to build a multi-language website like this: there are two language buttons, one in english and the other chinese, for the english one, i will put some english contents ,and the chinese one some chinese, no need translation, how can i manage that?

yes, exactly, thanks a lot. I will try that later as for the moment my webpage disappeared for no reason
