New Owner can not assign licence of addon to project

I have created website and connected it with my concrete5 profile.After that I made my client owner of that site. But website does not show up as project on my client's profile.
And He bough add on from market place. So its not possible for him to assign license to project which he owns.
So What should I do, that project will also available on my client's concrete5 profile. So he can assign license to it.

I did this,
Go into your favourite mysql database administration client and 'edit' the values in the config table.
Look for the MARKETPLACE_SITE_TOKEN and MARKETPLACE_SITE_URL_TOKEN key entries and clear their respective value entries.
Go to the dashboard for your relevant site and go to 'sitewide settings'.
Go to 'speed settings' and click 'Clear Cache'.
Now you can go and click the 'Connect to the Community' link again and relink your project to another account.
