on_cache_flush is gone missing?

Hi,

another question, I tried to find a cache event related but could not find any (greping for Events::dispatch(.*cache did not help).

I am missing something?

For anybody who would come across here with the same problem, andrew merged my pull request fixing this, so next version should have the fix.
