Package description is not translated before installation

Using Version 5.7.5.1

When I add my package (still in development) manually to the package folder the package description isn't translated. (German in this case).

After installation the description is translated as it should. Could it be a bug?

Its a bug. Issue has been posted & resolved on github:https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/issues/3100...
