Page Main missing

The Page Footer button still shows up, but the Page Main button is suddenly missing; I can't figure out how to add a layout.
Could you expand a bit on what you are doing? Is the theme from the marketplace or Elemental?
Elemental. However, I don't see this as theme related. Are layouts subject to the theme? Anyway, it has worked up until now. Is there a maximum number of layouts? Does it have a problem with deleting layouts? All I know is the button for adding layouts to the footer is there, but suddenly the button for main is missing.

In the Elemental theme, I believe the Free-Form Layout is a concrete5 default and the rest are defined by the theme.
To clarify, the Main area tab is not displaying?
Do you have any errors in your browser console?
You say that it has worked up until now. What actions/events have been taken or occurred since the feature worked correctly?

In order to fix the missing last line of a table, I had added a div statement to the bottom of the content box - drawing my own last line. Taking it out fixed the issue. I switched to using a border instead.
