problems when i want to download a theme

I have bought a theme that i want to download for the 5.7.3, but every time i want to do it, i get the following message
tempnam(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/www/schmidtfam.dk/:/tmp/domains/885/schmidtfam.dk/:/usr/share/php_binaries/include/).
I am getting a bit irritated that every time I put the newest version of 5.7 on my site, another problem comes along.

offcause in this case, as i have bought he following theme.
you need to speak to your host (if appropriate). PHP on your server is restricted to only using the websites root directory and below. Anything outside that is forbidden. You likely need to change the /tmp path in your php.ini to be a location under your webroot - maybe something like /files/tmp/.
