Problems with toolbar

Hi All,
I am having some problems with the C5 toolbar when in page edit mode. My site was working fine, I have wound back any changes to before I remember the problem occurring, but it is still happening. I have attached an image to demo the problem.
Any suggestions please?

Good call MrKDilkington, I guessed it was but hadn't thought about doing that!
I have just switched to the Elemental theme and the problem disappears, so it is something in my custom theme, so damned obvious now you have mentioned it, sometimes I get so blinded by a problem I cannot see the wood for the trees!
Now to find the problem...

Found the problem! I had omitted the closing DIV on the .
<div class="<?php echo $c->getPageWrapperClass()?>">
Are you using a custom theme?
If so, have you tried switching to Elemental to see if the problem is there too?
