Redirect Delays on concrete 5.7.4

I am using internal redirects in concrete 5.7.4
http://codersvolt.com/team1 is redirecting to original pagehttp://codersvolt.com/team
But there is lots of delays in redirection,
Is it because I have turned off cache.
If I turn on cache, will it make any difference in delay ?
