The short answer is you can't. Not unless you're prepared to go and create a new attribute type, develop the code for it and then install it and associate it with pages. You would also need to update the new attribute on every page.

Perhaps a better solution is to modify whatever block template or page theme you're using so that it just doesn't display the time portion. That's certainly a lot easier than the new attribute route.
