Hi Guys,
When i replace a image in file manager, it changes the URL of the image.
Is there a way to replace the image keeping the URL same.

No. The idea is that you use the file picker in blocks and that file picker handles latest file versions for you. If you have reason for an image to reside at a permanent URL, you will need to put it in a regular directory outside of the file manager.
