Responsive Background Videos

Hi there,

How can I insert a responsive background video like:
http://coverr.co/

I am seeing a lot of wordpress templates using this and I would like to use that kind of feature on my concrete5 projects.

Is there anything done (blocks) or any way I can do it until something oficial comes up?
