Responsive Header Navigation Template

Hi,
I installed an empty site with my own theme, added atonal to the header and selected the responsive header navigation template. The menu has no styling and drop downs don't work like they do in the Elemental theme, I see the css and js in concrete/blocks/templates, do you have to do something special to get this to work?
