Same error with 5.6

I get the same message when trying to log in to my administrative account. I use explorer and Pale Moon and not been able to log into my account since June. I get the message This user is inactive. Please contact us regarding this account. My web hosting support has been unable to resolve this and the 5.7 solutions did not help. Are there other solutions for the previous versions of Concrete?
