Set template for the block (use css templates) while editing the block

Hello,
I try to set the custom template for the Block while editing the block. I think its easyer.
How can I get the list of all custom templates for the block in my customized block? I mean all in the package and all in the applicatin directory.
I use concrete5 Version 5.7.5.9
