Sitemap error

Hello all,
I just notice today that I cannot access my sitemap. I am using the latest version 5.7.5.6. It looks like I cannot add pages as well. I have attach an image to show the error as it is not producing any errors in the log.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the sitemap error go away if you refresh your page or go to another page and then back?
When you receive the sitemap error, do you have errors in your browser console?

I have tried different browsers and clearing browser cache and it is still there.

I've had this happen when some sort of add-on is injecting code into page very broadly (like some sort of javascript footer). That code then also gets output inadvertently for the sitemap javascript, breaking it like as per your screenshot.
It might help for you to post your environment information, so we can see what add-ons you have installed. Have you installed any new add-ons lately?

I have updated a add-on recently (Gallery ES). I believe this did start right after update. I will message them as well.

That's a shed load of add-ons!
Have you updated to latest versions of ALL the add-ons?
I can see a couple of mine in there, are there any you could remove, I'm thinking conflict or not compatible with 5.7.5.6?

Ok so took off all of the add-ons that are not being used and even the last addon that i updated that may or maynot have caused this but still getting the same thing....
Any other ideas?

Well I think this problem may go deeper as it looks like it is affecting my ability to add content with the content tool. I think I may have a database issue.
This is the issue of Open Graph Tags Lite. Please update it.
