Sitemap for dummies (me)

Can someone tell me where the sitemap.xml file is so i can submit it to search engines? I know that there is one that automatically updates, but I cant find it in the FTP.

You can find your sitemap.xml in your root directory.
But you have to create it first under automated jobs in the system settings of concrete5.
