Two separate concrete5 installs both becoming very slow at the same time points to a likely server issue.

Did you make any changes to either concrete5 install?

Is the Joomla! site on the same server? Not the same account, but the same server?

I stressed the same point to tech support, but they assert the server is running optimally. I have been making changes to qualitypaverservices.com, but not harbourpoolsandspa.com, which is the other site loading slowly.

The joomla site is also on the same account, and loads nicely.

Does anyone else have any clue about this problem. I've gone through all the elements on the page. It seems that its only hanging on the main index.php and a few very small and optimized redactor fed images.

I'm getting to the point where I need to consider dumping Concrete5, as much as I like the platform. I can't have my client's sites loading like this. Unless someone has compelling insight, I have to think this is a Concrete5 problem, since my Joomla based site on the same hosting account loads reasonably fast, certainly much faster than these sites.
