Social icons contain site URL

Guys,
Just had this site go live:http://apwplumbingandheating.com... but have just noticed the social icons bottom right have the site url before the e.g. Facebook url resulting in wrong routing. I have de installed and rebuilt the links but to no avail.
Anybody any ideas please?
