Stacks Version History seems to be malfunctioning

Hey, folks.
I'm running version 5.7.5.2, and have encountered an issue with Stacks. I created a Stack, added a content block to it, and put some text in the content block. This was the initial version.
I made changes to the content block, saved, and this created version 2.
I can go to the Version History and select version 1 and Approve it, but nothing changes when I view the stack. No pages with the stack display version 1, either... it seems like it's stuck on version 2 (even though the Version History interface says that version 1 is the active version).
Has anyone encountered anything like this?
