Could someone point me in the direction.. I'm looking for a simple guideline for building and submitting themes to the marketplace.. I've found some articles but they're vague..

Also make sure you are developing a theme for the correct c5 core version. Many of the old theme development howtos are still largely valid, but there will be small changes needed for 5.7 compatible themes.
