Trying to Restore Previous Version of concrete5.7

All,

I attempted to upgrade from 5.7.5.2 to 5.7.5.6 this morning, and initially, everything seemed fine. But I've now discovered that I have issues with my LDAP authentication, my ability to access the site via https, etc... things that were working fine before the upgrade. These are huge, huge issues for my group.

So I'm trying to roll back from 5.7.5.6 to 5.7.5.2. I've removed the update.php file from the application/config directory. I've removed the 5.7.5.6 folder from the /updates directory. And I'm in discussion with my mysql dbadmin to roll the database back to last night's version.

Is that all that's required to successfully roll the site back? Because right now, when I check my environment info, I see that the "Core Version" is 5.7.5.2 and the "Version Installed" is 5.7.5.6.

All the users seem to be able to access the site as it was in the 5.7.5.2 version, and it seems to be working fine, with that one exception of the "Version Installed" line.

I am pretty sure the "version installed" message reads from the /application/config/generated_overrides/concrete.php
