unable to access site

Not sure if there is anyone out there who can help
I get the following error when i try access my website
This page isn’t workinghttp://www.progressdisplay.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I have done a bit of digging around and I think it might be a recent PHP upgrade requested by my hosting company
I am running 'version' => '5.7.5.7',
and PHP is 7.2
I am not very technical so any help would be appreciated.

Ask your server admin to turn back the php version to php5.6

Our hosting company has stopped supporting anything less than PHP 7.2 and I am not sure how to export to another provider without loosing everything
