UNable to add images to anything

Hi

Whenever I try to add images anywhere, i get the following error message

{"error":{"message":"The identifier fID is missing for a query of Concrete\\Core\\File\\File"},"errors":["The identifier fID is missing for a query of Concrete\\Core\\File\\File"]}


Any ideas what might be the issue here?

Turns out to be a concrete.php file I added to the application/config directory to deal with a trailing slash issue. Removed the file and now works fine.
