I have created a block that includes a input and a redactor editor, but lose the ability to add a link to existing text within the editor.

I posted on the support forum for the package I am using but it looks like it is an issue with Redactor and Concrete and not the package.

If you load an input after the editor it works fine but loading the input first breaks the ability to highlight text and then add a link to the selected text

Does anyone have an idea on what could be causing this and more importantly how to fix it?
