Under Construction

I uploaded the Under Construction block to my hosting site. The hosing provider say it is properly installed on their site. However, I can't find it under Permissions and Access in the Dashboard. Do I need to do something else? Thanks

You probably need to install the package.

Type 'install' into the dashboard search.

When I type Install, 5 Add-ons appear in a drop-down - but not Under Construction.

There should be a link to 'Add Functionality'. That page will list packages installed and waiting installation. The 'Under Construction' package/block should be in that list.
