Uninstalled the autonav block - lost the whole dashboard

Hi, I just uninstalled the autonav block (i know, it wasn't smart) and lost access to the dashboard (concrete v 5.7.1). The dashboard side panel opens up but instead of links it gives a msg "creating default object from empty value".
Is it possible to reinstall the autonav? please help!

If you login to your database management tool you should be able to run this query and get it back.

INSERT INTO `BlockTypes` (`btID`, `btHandle`, `btName`, `btDescription`, `btCopyWhenPropagate`, `btIncludeAll`, `btIsInternal`, `btSupportsInlineAdd`, `btSupportsInlineEdit`, `btIgnorePageThemeGridFrameworkContainer`, `btDisplayOrder`, `btInterfaceWidth`, `btInterfaceHeight`, `pkgID`) VALUES (11, 'autonav', 'Auto-Nav', 'Creates navigation trees and sitemaps.', 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 800, 350, 0)

That didn't work for me for some reason. I am using version 5.6.3.2 and I do not have autonav anywhere. I don't think I deleted it. I just think it is missing? Also, when I mouse over the dashboard, nothing pops up and when I want to get something done I need to physically go to the dashboard and then choose what I want to do from there. Any ideas?

In 5.6, there is a free addon in the marketplace to restore core blocks. It all depends on whether you can get into the dashboard to install it.
