Update failure

We continuously receive a ZIP error as in the below video. We receive the same error for updating extensions.

I'm unable to see the error in this video you have posted. Can you copy/paste the error or provide a screenshot where the error shows?

Your server is missing the Zip PHP library, contact your host and have them install it.

That may not be possible in Godaddy.com but will ask them. They have some sort of automated upgrade, and do not know how they manage it.
