Updating local 5.7.0-wip installation with git?

On my localhost i have installed the 5.7.0-wip version for testing purposes.
Is it possible to update this installation with git? I have git installed and know how to add the repository (5.7.0-wip branch) from the core team.
Can you tell me the right git commands to only update my installation? That it's not necessary to install 5.7.0-wip again when the core team updates it...
