updating to 5.7.5.3?

hi,
how can i install 5.7.5.3 when its now downloadable in the official way?
when i download
https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/tree/release/5.7.5.3/...
on github, and this folder on my ftp:
https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/tree/release/5.7.5.3/web/conc...
and visit
mydomain.com/c57/index.php/ccm/system/upgrade?force=1 i get the message:
"Third party libraries not installed. Make sure that composer has required libraries in the concrete/ directory."
who can help me updating? without this i cant use the new migration tool, and i realy need that one...

Aah... Havn't composer running atm... No prebuild version somewhere? Or an other way to use Andrews migrationtool? I just need to simply put a bunch of pages with one text block in it each :s

You can download 5.7.5.2 from here:http://www.concrete5.org/get-started...
You can build the 5.7.5.3 release from github by following the instructions in the readme
