Updating

Hi,

I have tried up[dating my concrete site a couple of times now and on both occasions it has errored and I have had to rebuild it (first time) and restore files and databases (second time).

Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or why it always does this?

I suspect the problem is precisely that you're trying to "update" an existing site. If you want to play with 5.7, you should create a clean 5.7 installation with which to experiment. Aside from being alpha software, 5.7 has some significant changes from previous versions. In fact, it's my understanding that even after 5.7 ships, it likely won't be a simple upgrade, but rather a "migration". Trying to update an existing site with 5.7 is simply asking for trouble.
