Upgrade procedure from 5.7 to 5.7.0.1?

Did I miss a readme or something? What is the upgrade procedure from 5.7 to 5.7.0.1?
All the folder organization has changed.
I'm guessing I should just copy the entire structure on top of the first installation and overwrite all the old files, and then...?

+1 -- the whole rollout of 5.7 feels kind of rushed, and the lack of documentation is making me really reconsider Wordpress for current project sites. Not including simple instructions for how to manually migrate from 5.7 to 5.7.0.1 is not encouraging.
That's a bit extreme. I've played with 5.7 and it looks incredible (and Concrete5 already was awesome). Everyone involved has been working their butts off. This release is a BIG DEAL. It's understandable... I think they deserve a little slack.
5.7 to 5.7.01 won't be a "migration", just an upgrade, simple as in past upgrades.
Now if you're going from a 5.6 or earlier install, that's when a "Migration" will become necessary. That will entail a separate install, checking add-ons and your theme for compatibility, upgrding as necessary and making sure everything is working, and then manually copying content from the old site to the new one.
I'm sure we'll have an upgrade answer shortly to the 5.7 to5.7.01 release . Besides, playing with this release in a test environment allows one to experiment (and try upgrading) without any fear of real damage. That's all I've done so far. I can't imagine you having a full blown production site in 5.7 already. My apologies if I'm wrong.

I'm sure there will be efforts at developing some sort of import tool.

Same as it ever was. You have a concrete folder in the root, and you have an updates folder in the root. You can either
A. Drag the new concrete directory over the old one, and go to index.php/tools/required/upgrade/ (which will redirect you over to the new upgrade path.)
or
B. Drag the downloaded version into updates and go into your Dashboard > System and Settings > Backup > Update concrete5, and click through there.
