i updated a 7.5.10 site to v8.0.1 and tried a fresh, clean install of 8.0.1. same with update to 8.0.2 in both ways i cannot empty cache without this error:

site is ok after returning to edit mode and works just fine...

what is wrong here, am i missing something?
