versions on global (or sitewide) area's missing in 5.7?

Maybe i'm overlooking it completely, but how can i revert back a change in a global area in 5.7? I can't find those area's back in the stacks page as where they lived in 5.6.x

Also when hovering over the area, it is called 'Sitewide xxx', but when actually editing the content, it say 'global area' in the yellow warning block'. Shouldn't this be named consistently the same or is there a difference between the two?

hi,
there does appear to be a round about way to get to this:

if you go to the sitemap and click on
'include system pages in sitemap'
then navigate to
'Stacks'

you'll see a list of all of the sitewide area stacks in the site tree.

If you click on a sitewide stack and click visit it will go to that stack inside the 'Stacks' interface where you have all of the various options to add block / change permissions / versions etc.

I'm not sure if it is supposed to work like this but it looks to me as though it could be an oversight that the sitewide areas don't render in the stack list (????).

Ah thanks for this answer! I'll try this and post a bug for a fix.
