Where to post 5.7 suggestions?

I was wondering if there was an approved place to post (reasonable) suggestions for 5.7? I've been getting into using it and like a lot about it, but can see some small ways to improve usability. I know the development team is probably bombarded with everyone's opinions, but if there is a formal way to submit suggestions I'd love to know!
