Why Page Name and Meta Title are connected?

Hello
I'm trying set a composer for easy entry of Products but I really don't know why every time I change the Meta Title the Page Name and URL gets the same information.
I choose Page Name from Built-In Properties
I choose URL Slug from Built-In Properties
I choose Meta Title from Custom Attributes
It's this a built-in function that can't be changed? And why this can not be independent?

This is a bug that we've fixed. It should be that Meta title should populate page name only if page name was completely blank. But that check was broken, so it was always populating. It should be fixed in 5.7.1.

I have version 5.7.5.4 and meta title is still changing url. I don't need this behaviour. I have more then 2 000 pages and they are in Google index and every time when I edit a page and url is changed too.
