Written documentation please!

Tedious having to go though another whole 'how to' video just to discover (as I almost always do with your 5.7+ documentation) that it doesn't tell me any of the stuff I want to know.

Can we PLEASE have some written documentation on how to set up and use composer, forms, custom attributes and page defaults?
